WARNING, WARNING!!! Avoid buying from Fordonshandlarna, or EF Cardealing, as they are actually called. I bought a car from them 1 month ago in cash, but when I -finally- became the owner of the car, the debt from the previous owner was still there, and they refused to pay it. I went to them many times, both Elias and Frank, and they promised that they would pay, and sent "proof" from their accounts a few times that they had paid, but unfortunately it turned out that the money never reached Wasa-kredit, which was the creditor on the car. After lots of calls and text messages, and threats of a police report for fraud, they finally paid the debt on the car, 22 days after I bought it. Then it took them another week to get the money for the repair of the car that they said they would pay immediately after purchase. Elias and Frank at the vehicle dealers are incredibly unreliable...
