They have been to my place 2 times at a cost of about 5000:- and found the same fault 2 times. They found that the air to air heat pump was leaking so they would come back with a cooling technician. They never came back so I had to call and ask why they weren't coming back and they just said that there was no note that they would come back. When they were there the 2nd time they came to the same thing and were going to come with a quote that never came
