Customer service from eJakt is completely useless. When I contacted them regarding my issues, I was met with rudeness and indifference. They showed no willingness to help or resolve my concerns. It is obvious that they do not care about their customers or their satisfaction. I really cannot recommend eJakt to anyone who is serious about their hunting and wants good products. Their website is confusing, the quality of the products is substandard, the fit is incorrect and their customer service is terrible. Save your money and look for better alternatives from companies that actually care about their customers and deliver high quality products.
