Hi all! It's been a while, but I have been out about and now I went to a restaurant called Cicero. So to be fully honest I have to say that the place looks nice! The decor, lights and atmosphere is great! Very cozy, very romantic! The food 🍝 was pretty good too! The price is pretty good, around 170:- sek for each pasta dish, the servings are huge which is nice and you feel really full and satisfied afterwards. The service was quite quick we very only 3 groups inside the restaurant, it was a slow Wednesday from what I noticed and on that I have a side note.. The waitress had a way, I thought she was friendly mostly, however she called me nicknames which I thought was a bit weird though. We also had a small incident within the restaurant with the owner.. He most likely feels it's my fault and it is what it is. What my point is, when it's a service business you tend to give the best service/experience possible for the customer. From that information the restaurant should make it the best outcome possible for me as a guest in my opinion. The issue itself was solved not the smoothest way after a discussion where I think the owner should've just handled it better overall. At the end my girlfriend who has worked in a bank told the owner a tip for the future but instead of taking it, letting it go, the owner responded with a snarky comment "Let me give you a tip back!" I have never heard of this from a restaurant owner before.. Where you've easily could've fixed the problem saved our experience instead it got to be plagued by the situation and also the owners comment.. I'm not happy about that.
