I would like to share my negative experience with the auto service provided by Autoexperten. I took my car to the service because I needed to have an annual maintenance to be done as well as to fix the problem with engine light on. The annual service was done, but the mechanics said they did not find any problem what could cause engine light so they just deleted the error code in the system and told me to see how it goes. After 50 km it was back. So I went to them again. They could not find the fault and told they cleaned oil...(cant' remember more detailed information about this), charged me for 1h of work and told that it is hard to find the fault and if they will start to change the parts for the car it will be very costly. And I was suggested to change the brake pads replaced soon. After another ~50 km the engine light was on again. The car is not old so I got quite frustrated that the mechanics could not find the fault and who would then. So I was looking for other suggested mechanics from friends/people around. I drove my car to Stockholm to give another mechanic a try. He found the fault in first 5 min. Also the break pads were not in bad state at all. I guess Autoexperten mechanics assumed it just because they drove my car and heard the sound. That came from a rock that was stuck. My experience shows that the mechanics that served my car were not knowledgeable of what they were doing, but just a nice customer service representatives. Wasted money and time.
