I went to Synsam to get help adjusting my Vogue frames. The staff said it couldn't be done because the frames were "molded" and risked melting if you heated them. It felt like a strange explanation because plastic frames are normally adjusted by heating them at opticians. Unfortunately, I felt that they didn't even try to take a closer look at the frames or help. It felt more like I was being dismissed because the glasses weren't purchased from them. Sad treatment for something that should be a simple service. I got good help from another optician instead.
