I ordered a large flower arrangement with ribbons and hand bouquets for my mother's funeral via Interflora's website together with my siblings and children. NOTHING WAS DELIVERED! Interflora confirmed that they had received the order and apologized. They say they had delivered a "replacement bouquet" to my father's home. I don't know if that really happened. ...but if they did, it still doesn't help. Our flowers with greetings were missing from the funeral. Several of us were unable to attend ourselves and at least being able to send a nice last greeting was very important to us.
