Our association on Roslagsgatan used Frakka as a project manager during a renovation. We had originally hired another larger company but switched to Frakka as we found them to be much better - more clear, more flexible and more knowledgeable. Also slightly cheaper. We did a smaller renovation where we saved bathrooms except for those that were in the worst condition, the large company did not want to help with that. We had Kenneth as a project manager. He was knowledgeable, easy to deal with and very nice. Even though there were a lot of complications, Kenneth managed the work very well and had full control of the situation at all times. A great sense of security for us. We will continue to hire Frakka when needed.
