My husband and I came here from the US for our honeymoon, and it exceeded all expectations! The staff were all warm, friendly, and professional. They were even very kind and patient while I practiced my Swedish with them, which I very much appreciated as this isn’t always possible in larger cities :) Our room was clean, spacious, and had a great view. There was plenty to do between golf, walking trails, the spa, and other activities on the premises. We took the bus to/from downtown Dalarö one day, and the bus stop on site was very convenient. What blew us away the most was the phenomenal food and drinks! Lunch and dinner were always beautifully plated and somehow tasted even better than they looked. We appreciated the suggested wine pairings and took advantage of those as well. A few notes for other travelers: - It was much quieter during the week (Tuesday-Thursday), Friday and Saturday were much busier. Would recommend coming during the week if you can for a more romantic vibe and sharing spa amenities with fewer guests. - There is no refrigerator in the room, keep this in mind if you have anything you want/need to keep cold while traveling. - We highly recommend booking the meal package which includes a starter and main for each person for dinner. We likely wouldn’t have ordered starters every night without this, and we are so glad we did because they were fantastic! Tack för allt!
Today, August 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM, the lady who received me was arrogant and fabricated a claim that I had received 12 personlig kods from the office before this date. However, I had never downloaded the Handelsbanken app before. Upon returning home, I called Handelsbanken and confirmed again that the first app activation requires going to the office to obtain the 12 personlig kods. There are now two possibilities: 1. Handelsbanken's records are incorrect; 2. The lady who received me lied. Regardless of which one, the Handelsbanken system has a security vulnerability.
