Mostly cheerful and nice people who work there, but it is not common to stand smiling all the time, but a couple of the people who work there can seem grumpy. I have also often come to full tables, but if you come in the rush you just have to expect it. I just clear the table myself if necessary. Very happy with the food regardless of whether I eat French fries, nachos, baguette or the world's best Goulash soup. A big plus for cutting the card on coffee/ cocoa
