Horrendous customer service. Did a contract with them, explaining in detail that I need to plan cleaning timings in advance as we are not in Lund full time yet. They agreed to all. Then instead some new account manager fixed the timings and sent the cleaner without confirming with me - knowing full well we are not there. When we tried to rebook, in good faith explaining it was perhaps a misunderstanding on both sides - they charged me anyway citing ‘contract rules’ without any acknowledgment of their own mistake, blamed me for not ‘respecting’ the cleaner’s time as if I did it on purpose. No effort to fix the situation, give any flexibility or keep the new client - just a cold reply of ‘read the contract better’. I cancelled immediately. Awful experience.
