I booked an appointment via the website, to get help directly, instead of having to go through the health center. The first visit was supposed to cost 1960 SEK, but since I thought I would get good and professional help, I saw it as an investment in myself and my well-being. When the date for the appointment is approaching, I understand that the appointment is not on site at the clinic but will take place digitally! How are they going to be able to examine me remotely?? I want to cancel, but unfortunately I am running late, because I receive an invitation to the appointment on Friday afternoon and the "visit" is Monday morning. Since I cannot cancel, I choose to take the digital appointment and get a call 5 minutes after the scheduled time. After describing the problems I have, (which I previously stated in my booking) I get the answer that there is not much that can be done about it and that it is the HEALTH CENTER that I should contact if I need help. I can't understand how this "visit" can cost me 1960 SEK when I haven't received any help whatsoever! If the solution is that I should contact the Health Center for help, I should have received that information already when I booked. I turned to Akeleja to avoid going to the health center, thinking that I would get help right away. I have contacted Akeleja to discuss my experience and the invoice, but have not yet been contacted by the person responsible. Doesn't feel serious at all! 15 minutes of consultation on the phone, cost me 1960 SEK and ended up with me having to contact the Health Center. Extremely strange for a private clinic. Feels more like a way to make money. Really looking forward to hearing the clinic's response to the above.
