If I could give a minus ⭐️ I would. We had booked a table for 18 people at 6:30 PM. The first 4 got their food after just over 1 hour. Then they came in with the next 4-5 after another 30 minutes. After 1 hour and 50 minutes the last ones got their food. It's really CRAZY!! As a group, you want to eat together. Plus, we had 7 children with us. One of the 3-year-olds got his food at 8:20 PM 😠 Some of us adults had sirloin steak. The menu says it's served with bea and red wine sauce. But we only got bea. When we pointed it out, we got a snorty answer that it didn't. We showed the menu and were told "that we don't have any anyway". SO rude! If you don't have the capacity to run a restaurant with eating guests, you probably shouldn't offer it. It's not the first time there's been a market and a lot of people. And not the first time we've been here, almost all of us 18. But it's definitely the last! This is really beyond criticism! Also, you should be able to eat in peace and quiet if you eat during regular dinner hours. The fact that the troubadour started already at 7 pm was not nice at all. It was played TOO LOUD! It was impossible to have a single conversation. So therefore only 1 ⭐️ for the atmosphere. Then the next day this E-kuriren is found. "It will be quite easy. It shouldn't take that long to get the food, we do a lot ourselves. It's a bit limited space but we'll try to serve a simple but attractive menu." What a mockery!
