After my pregnancy, I had a fantastic experience at Crossfit Vardia, with 10 weeks of personal training with Cindy Roeland. She's incredibly knowledgeable and well-informed about the dos and don'ts of pregnancy. She's also clearly very experienced, plus she's a keen eye for good posture and technique. This allowed me to regain my strength quickly and efficiently, without any aches or injuries (aside from the usual dose of muscle soreness). You're challenged in a positive and responsible way to become stronger and fitter. After 6 to 8 weeks, I was able to participate in the WOD again, allowing me to focus more on improving my technique in the final weeks. I wouldn't have been able to do it so quickly without her help. The attention paid to technique, proper posture, and training mentality is something I'm still reaping the benefits of today. I highly recommend this to any woman who wants to get back in shape effectively and professionally after pregnancy!
