The clerk (Filip) was polite but didn't accept the ID card from my (European) country as a proof of identity. I tried as best I could to prove that it was a valid ID card, asked him to search online for the information, talk to his colleagues, and so on but to no avail. He just wouldn't have it. Bottom line, my problem remains unresolved, despite the fact that I had everything needed to solve it. If SEB says it accepts ID cards from other European countries as proof of identity, it should teach its clerks how to recognize them.
