I am admitted to a hospital that unfortunately does not show the care and attention one expects. I felt that the staff, especially some of the nurses, did not take my problems seriously. I was sick and needed help, but instead they asked me to call the next day. They also promised that they would contact me themselves, but that never happened. This situation made me feel forgotten and not respected as a patient. When you are sick, you need security and support, and therefore I was very disappointed with the way everything was handled. I hope they improve the way they take care of patients so that no one else has to go through the same thing.
