I wanted to get passport photos of my daughter to renew the passport as it expires. The studio staff gave me a quick service and handed over the photos within 15 minutes. There, I noted the photos were blurred and the next day again I visited the place and told them the photos are not in good condition so asked them to do something. Because I had to visit Stockholm Sri Lanka embassy and if the documents are not okay, it will be a problem. A lady went in side and took another set of photos, taken from the same negative and told me okay. The next day I went to Stockholm with photos and at their first inspection they rejected the photos. Due to this reason I even couldn't make the payment and since the staff were friendly, they allowed me to send new photos by post and make the payment online. Then I again visited the studio and told them the story. Somehow they took new photos this time and gave me another set. Finally the embassy accepted photos and the gentlemen who was in the studio told me, if the embassy do not expect this set of photos, I better go to another studio. They didn't take any additional money for the extra service but I think they could have done it better even with the last set of photos. Probably I should not go to this studio next time.
