The rooms at Abisko Guest House are definitely worth the price. We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 4, in two rooms, and found the accommodation very good value for money. The staff and hospitality were excellent-very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is superb: it's right next to Abisko Ostra railway station, and the local supermarket, Godisfabriken, is just a short walk away, which makes everything very convenient. It's also one of the best locations to see the aurora-we were even able to see it right in front of the guest house. One thing to note is that the bathrooms and toilets are shared. Although the staff clean the property every day, these areas can get messy due to frequent use. It would be great if the shared bathrooms could be cleaned more than once a day, especially during busy periods. We also took an Aurora snowmobile sled tour with Experience Abisko AB, and it was absolutely worth it. Our guide and rider, Edward, really knows his stuff. He was experienced, professional, and made the whole trip safe unforgettable.
