Pekås har lite bättre priser än ICA och har några extra saker som inte finns någon annanstans (som godiset jag alltid är sugen på haha). Butiken är alltid ren och personalen är mestadels vänlig. 8/10 skulle rekommendera.
YrkesAkademin är en utmärkt skola för att lära sig CNC eller svetsning. Jag har precis anmält mig men alla är så trevliga och jag kan inte vänta med att lära mig min handelsfärdighet. Kom definitivt på en rundtur och säg hej!

I've lived in Sweden for 5 years and just recently visited a Lidl för the first time, and have been going back often. Aside from their decent prices, I love all the RANDOM stuff they have on a weekly basis. Last week they had some sort of car mechanic tool box, and this week they had disco lights and smart home stuff (like switches, wifi bulbs, etc). The staff are friendly, though the snack selection can sometimes be lacking. Still, 9/10 would recommend

Allt som allt en bra pizzaplats utan några större klagomål. Min favoriträtt är calzones. De är alltid extra generösa med mängden ingredienser som de lägger till, så ge en chans om du vill prova något fantastiskt.

Great place to take the family for a swim or let the kids run around and burn off some energy. I've only ever camped here once and it was fine but all in all I would use this place more as a playground or an area to chill during the day than the camping area. That's not to say there's anything wrong with the camping area though lol. From what I can recall the prices for the cabin we rented were really reasonable especially when compared to hotels in the area. Veronica at the front desk was very friendly as well

Definitely the guys to go to if you need anything repaired like a phone or computer or just an honest opinion about anything to do with tech.
Great food and very friendly staff. They have an amazing lunch special that changes daily and always offers a great variety. Be brave and try their different lunch specials. Yesterday I had the lasagna and my buddy had the white fish. The lasagna was amazing and the fish was so-so. Nothing was wrong with it and it was prepared beautifully, just not our cup of tea. I wish I'd taken more photos because the restaurant is breathtakingly beautiful.

This is my favorite gym I've ever worked out at. Located in both Karlskoga & Degerfors, this place is state-of-the-art. Modern layout, modern machines, and super talented and motivating staff. Marie the owner is very friendly, always taking the time to answer questions I might have. Nick, my trainer in Degerfors, has literally changed my life. For example, with his training routines for me, I've been able to stabilize my a1c blood sugar levels, and completely come off of all my type 2 diabetes medicine (approved by my doctor as long as I stay on track). With various membership options depending on what you want (like 24/7 access or use of one or both locations) they have a plan that fits every budget. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. Chat with Nic or any of the talented staff for a couple minutes and you'll see for yourself why they are the best gym in Karlskoga & Degerfors hands down. They also have a newer, way cooler location opening up too!
Berget is a cultural center that hosts family friendly events and is surrounded by serene forest. I like to bring my 3 year old here to see the animals (ducks, pigs, bunnies, and more) and to get some energy out. This is a must see for any tourist. They also have a cozy Cafe that is open from 9am to 6pm every day in the summer. Most of the food is hand made each day and it's a wonderful way to support the center. Def try the carrot cake when you visit!
Torgkällaren är en underbar restaurang. Den erbjuder mat av högsta kvalitet till rimliga priser. Atmosfären är lugn och det finns mycket naturligt ljus vilket gör det till ett utmärkt ställe att bara koppla av på. Jag kan inte fatta att jag har bott här i två år och aldrig provat det förrän idag.
Great little market. Has everything you need for your day to day life. The staff is nice (and patient with my crappy Swedish ha) Owner is cool, too.
