The worst store at all, and if you want to make any report or claim no one answers the call, as they push you to feel a lot of racism.. At Valbo branch: they dealt with my 2 years baby as a thief just because she played with a store blue balloon ( there were many was on the ground) she never took it just she was playing, we was looking for dishmachine and when we noticed her , I go down to speak with her to ask her give it back to its place, but I surprised how the multicoloured hair lady deal with my baby, and she never waiting us to solve the issue, my baby just 2 years old, she can't understand yet that she can't touch the store's promotional balloons, if she resisted for the balloon I could pay for it if they want, not see my baby crying like she did, I decided with my husband we will never go to the store again
