I've always been satisfied with the service in stores, but online is terrible. I ordered the summer box as soon as it was available because it would be delivered the next day. I'm going on vacation next week, so it's the perfect set for that! I received a track & trace code, so I was super excited about the fast service. When the package arrived, it only contained samples and no box. I called immediately and received no explanation. I explained my situation, but still, there was no understanding whatsoever. The only explanation I got was that a label hadn't been created yet and that even though the website says it can be delivered the next day, it doesn't have to be. If it were, I should have removed it from the website; I would have gone to the store where they were more friendly. I was also told there was a move or something, which could mean it might take longer. If you're already aware of this, please let me know. The person on the phone checked with me and said it was on the website, but it's now gone. This was also not mentioned in any of the emails I received.
