Absolutely scandalous – avoid Fortis Fastigheter I booked and paid for professional move-in cleaning before I moved out. Despite that, Fortis shows up 11 days after I moved out and claims that it is not clean enough – and sends a cleaning fee of almost 3,000 SEK. Eleven days. Not one, not two. Eleven days later. The most absurd thing is that you don’t even get the opportunity to fix any deficiencies yourself – apparently you only have “one chance” to clean, and they take that chance away from you by dragging out the inspection for almost two weeks. When I try to raise this with Dounia, who is said to be a Partner at the company, I am met with one of the rudest and most unprofessional attitudes I have ever experienced. No listening, no reason – just arrogance. This is not a serious real estate company. It is a business that makes money by putting tenants in a bind. Ashamed.
