Food was good. Great wine list. Wonderful presentation! I think we went in with a bit too high expectations, since we had heard it was on the Michelin guide. All was definitely good but not always ‘wow’ per se. The one dish however that I would say was really fantastic was the truffle ravioli, and my partner loved the fresh bread with lemon butter. It was delivered fresh out of the oven. The calamari, oysters, and boquerones, were good but felt very similar to something you could get elsewhere quite easily. The tartar was great but we both felt like there was a bit too much of the shaved pate on top, 1/2 the amount would have been perfect. The Pavlova, I was a bit disappointed by. The presentation was completely beautiful, but found the meringue dry, and not really worth ordering. The wine list was comprehensive, and we both had excellent wine. Our server was amazing. And everyone working there was lovely. Overall found the food to be varied, but always with excellent presentation. The price was very reasonable for the food we ordered. I think perhaps we were just expecting a different experience. Thanks for having us!
