Very bad experience, I bought an Electrolux vacuum cleaner some years ago, and they insisted for me to buy the extra 4 years warranty, which I did. Before the end of that warranty the vacuum stopped working, I brought it to them and they kept it over a month, then contacted us by sms saying it was beyond repair and that we could come pick it up. The customer service online told me they'd replace it with a new, as it's clearly written on the warranty documents, but once we went to the store they told us they found "fine dust" in it, so they won't reimburse it, they won't replace it, and on top of it they charged us 420 kronor for the inspection! As I politely tried to argue my case on the phone, as I have no idea what they mean by "fine dust" since I have another special vacuum for ashes and saw dust, the salesman I was talking to told me the best they can do is to offer a discount if I buy a new one, and that we'd take this by email: He offered me a 100 kronor discount for a new one. I've bought so many things there for years, both privately and for my company, never ever again.
