I don’t even know where to start. I been visiting my grandmother for a few years from Australia. Each time I went there was something she had to say about the place that was unpleasant , but asked me not to say anything because she was worried about the treatment she would get . My last visit was July this year . There was so many excuses to why , she didn’t have enough supplies , like nappies. She was fed food that was not requested , because she can’t chew . I had some words with the worker at the time about this and then further took it on the management . Unfortunately, the same attitude was casted towards me , sorry no staff holiday season . I mean come on! Sadly , my dear grandma passed away not long after my departure. I do not recommend anyone putting their parent here ! I met 1 other day who was also in the same situation .
