Are there stores nearby that provide better service and nicer treatment. I brought my watch in for a battery change here, when I used the watch in water for the first time after the change on my vacation, it broke and took in water so the glass became completely foggy. The watch had been a maximum of 0.5m below the surface and according to the specification it should be able to withstand 200m and is made entirely of titanium to withstand extreme conditions. Ur&Penn did not even want to discuss the matter with me due to the lost receipt, even though the store staff remembers both me and my watch when I brought it in. Bad service and bad treatment.
Finns butiker i närheten som ger bättre service och trevligare bemötande. Lämnade in min klocka för batteribyte här, när jag använde klockan i vatten …
