Good mall but charging for the toilet when we shopped a lot is unreasonable. How does the mall expect customers to fika, then shop around and be charged for using the toilet. We paid once and never go back! A family of 5 toilet fee is equivalent to a fika across the street. Although the toilet fee is unreasonable, some restaurants are good as they offer free toilet.
I have made a purchase close to SEK1k groceries, the app stated I have 10% store wide. Activated the voucher and paid. Upon checking my kvitto, no discount 10% given. Cashier asked me to return all that I’ve packed to re-scan. How unfortunate, my family left with the groceries already and expecting me to pack and return them as this is a mistake from Lidl? Please improve your apps with a 10% rebate that works for customers. It’s unacceptable and I will not shop bulk anymore with this experience
