Selling substandard products. I bought a rain gauge with a cork that didn't float. The full rain gauge showed 0 mm. In addition, the measuring stick was the wrong way round and crooked. I have asked for a correct replacement product or my money back. I will not agree to this unless I first send back the faulty product. This is completely unreasonable.
