Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The receptionist twice confirmed that I could enter and climb despite the ongoing competition. I paid the full price (185 SEK). After about an hour, a man (possibly the manager) came and told me I had to leave because of the competition. He didn’t see any issue with the fact that I was told otherwise and offered no solution or compensation — only suggested that the receptionist might have “misunderstood me.” I was told I had 30 minutes to leave. Not a professional way to treat a paying customer. That attitude left a very poor impression.
