We were not even greeted when we entered the clinic. My friend, who was extremely nervous about her waxing, was neither greeted kindly nor given any explanation of how the treatment would be. I accompanied her as support, but nothing could have prepared us for what happened. Without any briefing or preparatory information, my friend was immediately instructed to lie down, and within two seconds the woman began waxing – without my friend even having time to understand what was going on. It was abrupt, inconsiderate and completely disrespectful. I watched my friend suffer, and the feeling in the room was so unpleasant that it is almost impossible to describe. What made the experience even worse was that the woman performing the waxing showed zero empathy – on the contrary, both my friend and I felt that she almost enjoyed the situation. It felt like a show of power rather than a professional treatment. As if this were not enough, the hygiene was beyond reproach. The same spatula was dipped into the wax multiple times without being replaced, which is a direct health risk. It felt undignified, unsafe and frankly, an assault. My friend described the experience afterwards as extremely humiliating, and that is not a word she uses lightly. If you are looking for safe, hygienic and respectful treatment – do not go here. This clinic should not be allowed to continue operating in its current form.
