Visited Bygg Max in Mellbystrand today. Went there to buy skirting boards,, checked the balance before we left and it was at home. Entered the store and there were 2 staff at the checkout,, at that time no other customers in the store. Went out to the lumber yard and couldn't find what we were looking for, went back to the checkout and asked for the skirting boards that were on balance. It turns out that the products were at home, but not unpacked. Asked Magnus "apparently the plastics manager" if he could help us, but he said they didn't have time and they closed in 45 minutes, so we had to come back tomorrow. We offered to help,, he showed us the pallet in the warehouse and said it would take a long time to unpack. We asked if he could lift the pallet down,, the boards might be at the top,, but there was no way to do that. I've never been treated so badly in a store!!
