We experienced a very poor treatment in the emergency room. The waiting time was about six hours and during that time neither water nor information was offered. There were also no cups in the room. The staff was perceived as nonchalant and the communication was deficient, which gave the impression of low professionalism. Sent home from the emergency room due to lack of space with a CRP of 200, high MEWS points and massive pneumonia. No further contact for follow-up of CRP and blood cultures.

Fick ett väldigt dåligt bemötande. Ingen social kompetens alls. Inte alls trevliga. Jag har en högskoleutbildning, ej alla är okunniga. Tyvärr har jag upplevt en nonchalans i hela mötet.
