We stopped in last night at 7:45 PM. There was no one at the counter. There was an older lady in the back and she just ignored us. She finally made it to the front after I hit the bell several times and yelled "HELLO !!!". I normally get Schnitzel and a salad from the little salad bar. The salad bar had already been put away, and hour and fifteen minutes before closing. I asked the lay what the deal is, and she just thew up her arms, said "we are closing" and walked away. We were not the only ones in that restaurant. If the restaurant closes at 9:00pm, you do not put the food away at 7:45 !!!!!
We went to that "Buffet" today, and it was awful. The lady at the register was rude and snippy and did not listen. She forgot to give us the plates. When I went back to her and said "you forgot to give us plates", he answer was "are you sure"..... Of course I'm sure !!! I could have also used the dirty plates that were sitting on the table, together with trays and glasses and cups. There is no one that cleans up, or provides you with new plates when you are done eating, you have to take the same dirty plate back to the buffet. The food was everything but Asian and there were no traditional soups. I realise, we are no where near Asia, but you could at least try...... Sorry, we will not be coming back.
Detta är utan tvekan den VÄRSTA BK jag någonsin varit på. Personalen är ointresserad och OSKÖM, maten är FRUKTANSVÄRD och stället är SMUTSIGT. Igår beställde vi pommes frites och en Caesarsallad. 30 minuter senare blev min partner våldsamt sjuk och kräktes mitt på natten. Vi överväger rättsliga åtgärder.
