Not good! It starts with them calling and changing the time the day before the booked time. I didn't get any info about how much it would cost or how long it would take. I had to ask. This is what other garages usually talk about. WORST of all was that they hadn't screwed the oil plug in properly, so the engine leaked oil and ruined the entire cover under the engine and only when the cover was full did it leak onto the ground. Only then was this discovered. A lot of oil leaked. The reason it's 2 stars and not just 1 is because they offered a loaner car when the car was serviced.
