Fotbollsplanerna var av bra kvalitet och planerna och omgivningarna var fina och snygga. Ingen handikappparkering i närheten, inte heller några synliga skyltar för handikapptoaletter.

Title: Unacceptable Service and Handling of Issues I am very disappointed with Kylslaget and their handling of my case. I booked a service for my unit, and the technician arrived as scheduled. He determined that half of the circuit board was fried and informed me that he could not perform the service due to this issue. He promised that I would receive detailed information about the problem, but the only note I received was a vague statement saying "Unit is defect." Despite the technician never completing the service, I received an invoice for the full amount. This is unacceptable because: 1) Service Not Rendered: The technician did not perform the agreed-upon service. His visit was limited to a brief inspection, and he did not carry out any repair or maintenance due to the identified issue. 2) Unit Still Functional: Despite the unit operating at lower efficiency, I still wanted the service to be performed, which did not happen. Ironically, I now have to pay for a service that was never executed. 3) Inadequate Follow-Up: I was promised detailed information about the issue with my unit, which I never received. The vague note "Unit is defect" is insufficient. 4) Miscommunication and Lack of Response: After receiving the invoice, I contacted their office and was instructed to hold off on payment until the situation was clarified. I was assured that I would be contacted, but I never heard back from them. 5) Unjustified Invoice and Debt Collection: Despite the unresolved issue and lack of contact from their side, I received an invoice from a debt collection agency, Amili Visma AB, which included a late fee. This is both unfair and unacceptable. I am very disappointed with how this matter has been handled and strongly recommend avoiding Kylslaget until they improve their customer service and communication.
