if i could give negative stars i would. i went to pick up a. package and the lady in the store was on a personal phone call, she didn’t look up at us or acknowledge us. so we stood there for 15 mins waiting for her to even say something. ended up leaving without getting our package. incredibly unprofessional, there was another person waiting behind us as well. i’m not sure how she has a job to be honest.
