We handed in a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra to Repair24 on 8/21 because you had to hold the cord/connector in a specific way to be able to charge the phone. (Super fast) According to "Nabi" there could only be ONE fault, (as always) dirt in the connector. He claimed that he checked it when I picked it up (something the body language denied) tested in the car. The phone charged for about 30 seconds and turned off.. Emailed Nabi, he didn't answer, the next day after another trip of 80 miles to order the connector. It would take 1 week to get it home. I had to contact him several times but no part arrived. Nabi was supposed to email when it arrived, but.. no! 15 days after ordering I call and get an answer! The part arrived yesterday.. Another 80 miles of driving and waiting for repairs. Nabi plugs in the cord and shows 4 m away from me that the phone is charging, pulls the cord after 3 seconds. A couple of times because I don't see.. That is, Nabi knew that an error message appeared shortly after putting it on charge. New email contact and then it's "just changing the settings" and the charging works. I was going to drive 80 miles again. I wrote that we can change the settings ourselves, nothing to drive 80 miles for. I called 2 other technicians who opened it and said that it's not an original part that's there, that's why super fast charging doesn't work and hardly normal fast charging either. Go back to Repair24 and ask for a complaint or your money back. It should work when you fix the phone. But.. Nabi didn't want to pay back the money if he couldn't open it and change back to the old connector. But.. we didn't want him to open it again. Nabi would definitely talk to the phone owner, because the middleman (me) was so rude. I picked up the owner. Who said the same thing as me. Nabi's manager was called and finally said that we would get our money back and compensation for driving because Nabi had not responded, if it turned out that we were right and they were wrong, i.e. that super fast charging did not work. Nabi fetched a charger and held it so far away from me that I could not read what was written, I pointed this out, but Nabi pulled it further away, I then spontaneously grabbed my hand to bring the charger closer to me so I could read. It turned out that we were right. It said that fast charging was OK, but super fast charging was not possible. We did not even get all the money back for the "repair". Instead, Nabi clearly showed that the customer stank. Nabi said: "I can't breathe! Back up! I can't breathe out!" Nabi threatened to call the guard/guard several times, among other things because I grabbed my hand when he held the plug away from me! Even if the customer was supposed to stink, a service-minded person cannot point this out in this way! Nabi also lunged at the phone owner and shouted at the same time: "You're lying! I can do it with a phone! I've been at it for so long!" At the same time as he grimaced mockingly at me! This is against everything you are taught about treatment! And to say like Aida (the manager) that you will get your money back but you will be reported and throw the phone in your ear is also not OK! Or to threaten with guards/guards when the customer is not satisfied with the "repair" that was carried out or the way they were treated. "Knowledgeable staff!" NONSENSE! Nabi can no more now than he did a few years ago and take care of customers in a proper way he can't either! WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! The "repair" MUST be done somewhere else!! You will NOT get your money back! And the old broken part is saved!! Why?? End date 9/8-25

Var inne och bad om råd och ev byte av en kontakt som repair24 bytt på en Samsung Gallaxy S22 Ultra, men som inte stödjer supersnabb laddning längre och ibland inte vill ladda med vanlig snabbladdning heller. Fick många bra råd att ta med …
Ingenting att klaga på... personalen är duktig, bra bemötande, lyhörd, men ibland tänker de nåt som inte sägs till kunden. Men.. med samarbete blir det bra!
