I was well received by a responsive, nice lady. She gave me good advice, was objective and described different perspectives on the situation that I could then use in such a way that we had a consensus on how I experienced my care contact. She was also diligent with purely administrative aspects. It is sad that there are people who have received a different treatment than what I received today. I hope that it is the case that people have been hit by bad luck, again. As relieved as I feel after sharing the treatment the care contact gave me, it must be experienced as the knife being twisted just as hard when you are not listened to. It really makes a difference to be taken seriously, it does good for the soul. I hope that the colleagues who are not able to carry out work in the same way as the contact I had with the patient committee can follow suit.
