Ordered condolence flowers via Interflora with home delivery. Was directed to this store 600 meters from the delivery address. Emailed Interflora after a day and asked. They tried to blame themselves and were not helpful at all. Apparently Rings Flowers had called and asked the widow to come and pick up her flowers…… After a lot of adrenaline, a short email came from Interflora: we will refund the delivery fee. Not exactly a serious chain or store, unfortunately!
