Warning for Borgholms Snickeri and their glass window service. I handed in a smaller double-glazed window (35×75 cm) to have the broken panes repaired. I received a "maximum price" for the work of under 1000 SEK. When I picked up the window, it turned out that they had only replaced one pane of glass at a cost of 920 SEK. In addition, it turned out that they had not put new sealant in the rail of the lower aluminum strip. Not a particularly professional handling either in behavior or quality. I happened to know before that another glazier would charge 1200 SEK for both panes replaced but that they were on vacation at the time. So the price information provided by Borgholms did not seem completely strange - until the pick-up. A boring and expensive experience at Borgholms Snickeri!
