Now you have once again sent the wrong snus boxes. This is becoming completely unacceptable. I don't understand how it can be so difficult to send the right products when you work with this every day. Your procedures really need to be reviewed, and your staff clearly need to be better trained so that they can actually distinguish between different types of snus before they send out orders. As a customer, you shouldn't have to double or triple check everything, or contact you every time you make a mistake. Really poorly handled!! I expect you to correct this immediately and ensure that it doesn't happen again.
