Booked through Carglass's website. The replacement was supposed to take about 3 hours but once there the car needed to be there all day because the camera calibration wouldn't happen until the afternoon. Since I didn't have the opportunity to be without a car all day, we booked another day. The time for the new booking was at 09:30 and this time with a loaner car (need a car for work during the day). The day before I get a text message saying welcome to Carglass Karlskrona tomorrow at 07:30 even though the time was booked for 09:30. Once there it turns out that the loaner car isn't there. Someone "higher up" had lent me the car, I got an excuse... Now it will be a third and hopefully last attempt to replace the windshield.
