The worst staff today! I said I wanted a half, and you could tell she was annoyed for some reason. I said I wanted regular chicken, but it turned out I meant a different kind. Before she could even hang up I said “sorry, I apologize, I want the other one instead”. Then she started screaming: “this is not regular chicken, you understand!” I apologized again, but it didn’t help at all. And when I said I didn’t want a drink she replied with “yeah, weird as usual”. Absolutely crazy behavior – and this was also the first time I had ordered at Torp. She also had loud Arabic music on her phone, and the volume was so loud that it drowned out the speakers inside. Very unprofessional and disturbing. Then an older man came, who I think was her father, and he also ordered a half. Then she was suddenly as calm as ever. I don't really care, but what really pissed me off was that she and the older man started talking in Arabic about how Swedes behave when they order. She probably thought I was Swedish – but I'm Arab and understood every word. She said, among other things, that "Swedes are so stingy, they never buy whole menus, only small things, and it's a lot of work for little money". So, completely disrespectful. If you're going to work in Sweden and meet customers, you should show respect – not stand around talking crap about people in another language. This really made me angry and disappointed
