Lurad, pank och besviken! De stjäl dina pengar och får dig att känna dig olycklig för dem. Vi åkte dit som en grupp för en after work. Några av oss gick tidigare och betalade sin del. Men när resten av oss ville gå och betala måste de ha glömt att ta bort det från notan så de fick oss att betala igen. Dagen efter ringde vi och skickade våra kvitton till dem för att reda ut det. Till en början såg det lovande ut, personalen lovade att kontrollera deras IT-system för att spåra transaktionerna. Sedan hände ingenting. Jag ringde igen... och de erkände till och med att de hittade våra transaktioner i systemet. Men på något sätt behövde de fortfarande att jag skulle ringa igen och kontakta ägaren. Jag har kontaktat dem nu i mer än två veckor på tre olika telefonnummer. Ägaren svarar inte på mina meddelanden, säger att vår historia inte stämmer och skriker på mig i telefonen. Vi har gett upp allt hopp om att återhämta våra förluster vid det här laget. Om du läser detta, gå någon annanstans för att njuta av en utekväll på en pub. Lurad, pank och besviken! They steal your money and make you feel miserable for it. We went there as a group for an after-work. Some of us left earlier and payed their share. However, when the rest of us wanted to leave and pay they must have forgotten to remove it from the bill so they made us pay again. The day after we called and mailed them the our receipts to sort things out. At first things looked hopeful, the staff promised to check their IT-system to track the transactions. Then nothing happened. I called again and they even admitted that they found our transactions in the system. But somehow they still needed me to call again and contact the owner. I've been contacting them now for more than 2 weeks on 3 different phone numbers. The owner does not respond to my messages, tells me our story doesn't add up and yells at me on the phone. We have given up any hope of recovering our losses by now. If you read this, go somewhere else to enjoy a night out in a pub. There are plenty of decent options nearby like the John Bull Pub or O'Learys - you have been warned!
