I ordered a custom 240 mm gyuto from Daniel. The process went very smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier with the knife. Very high attention to detail and impeccable craftsmanship. It’s a stunner of a knife, and it performs great. I would recommend Daniel’s knives and would order another knife from him. Update: I ordered a second knife from Daniel, a sujihiki. It is as well crafted and beautiful as my first knife, and is enjoyable to use. I definitely recommend his work.
