Very many different people. Difficult with both written and verbal communication as the language level is poor. Not much knowledge of dementia. Some who come seem mentally handicapped unfortunately. It is worrying which people they often send out to the old and sick who already have reduced communication skills/cognitive abilities/handicapped. Regularly forget to brush their teeth, wash the dishes (some don't check if plates/glasses are clean or dirty), heat the food properly (despite it being ready-made food and there is a microwave), rarely turn off the ceiling lights (toilet/hall) when they leave for the evening even during the day despite the electricity prices being so high. Do they do that at home too? Very poor hygiene routines and other routine mistakes in general. They rarely have time to go to the toilet in their office so they have to use the customer's toilet often. They are incredibly stressed often and have a tight schedule, I understand, and therefore many mistakes. It is not pleasant for either the customer or themselves. They also get paid poorly so the profession is not in demand if you say so. The majority are not even nurses I would think. The standard is extremely low in today's home care from what I understand so this is not unique. It is sad that today's elderly and sick people are treated in this way. Very worrying in a country like Sweden where you pay such high taxes too. It is not exactly decency to grow old and get sick in this country.
