1 Star is too high a rating for Törnros Fastigheter. I am writing this review to warn others who have a dialogue with Daniel Törnros and Törnros Fastigheter. Do not do business with this contractor. In 2025 we entered into a deal with Törnros Fastigheter with their owner Daniel Törnros. We bought a house that was under construction. The house was supposed to be finished on 2025-12-19, now 2026-04-22 the house is still not finished, and Törnros Fastigheter has stopped building. During the construction project, Daniel has refused to answer questions, has not paid invoices to his subcontractors, announced that he had purchased all the materials, sent fraudulent invoices and built a house with major quality deficiencies. Daniel took on a project to build a premium house, and with the justification that all the materials were purchased, we paid for the majority of the house. We have now come to the realization that he partly cheated us out of money, but above all built a house that violates everything that is called professionalism. Damaged and incorrectly assembled kitchen. No air to or from the sauna. A balcony that hangs. No supporting documents (Ventilation, Drawings, Electricity) I as the buyer, together with several subcontractors, have sought Daniel by email, text message and phone. However, he cannot be reached. I recommend that anyone who is even considering hiring Törnros Fastigheter immediately end all forms of negotiation with this fraudster. We are continuing our process against Daniel privately and the company Törnros fastigheter both with police reports and legal proceedings.

Big warning flag for this company. It does not follow its commitments regarding deliveries, withholds vital information and chooses to do as they please. Lack of service and willingness to deliver quality which affects me as a customer and my customers. Never worked with such a substandard freight forwarder!
