This clinic is truly committed to helping their patients, and I have seen how they are continually working to improve their practices. In the past, there were some communication challenges around pricing – especially for those of us who come via specialist referrals where previously products may have been free. I have noticed that they have made real efforts to address this, and it is also clear from other reviews that they are listening and adapting. Prices are on their website, but many people are referred directly and may not think to look there. It can therefore be very helpful if the technician explains the costs from the outset, and they have become much better at this. Despite these challenges, I feel that they really do everything they can for their patients. Their role can be difficult as they have to follow what is written in each referral, but within that framework they offer everything they can. Gustav, the owner, is fantastic. He runs the business while taking the time to share his vast knowledge, provide guidance and find solutions that really make a difference. He listens, he cares and he acts. My advice to those who are going there: – Ask your specialist to be very clear about which joints or problems the referral applies to and whether you can get, for example, orthoses, compression or other types of support. – Ask the technician directly about the prices for each product, as what is covered can vary depending on the region. – You don't need to know exactly which products you will have – just be clear about your complaints and needs. Waiting times can be long, but this applies to most hospital-related activities and is not something the clinic can influence. Overall, this clinic is committed, knowledgeable and constantly moving forward. I am grateful for the care and support they offer.
