I would strongly recommend others to be cautious when purchasing from Pyret & Snäckan. I purchased an Elvie Stride Double from Pyret & Snäckan, which stopped working after only 2 months of normal use. The product is now completely unusable. When I contacted the store, I was referred to the manufacturer (Elvie). I have now spent nearly 3 weeks in contact with Elvie, repeatedly explaining the issue in detail and providing video evidence clearly showing that the pump stops working. Despite this, Elvie has not reviewed the evidence properly or provided any meaningful support. Instead, they continue to send generic troubleshooting responses without addressing what I have already explained or shown. This has left me in a situation where: • The manufacturer (Elvie) does not provide real help and only repeats standard responses • Pyret & Snäckan claims they are “waiting for input from Elvie” • And no one takes responsibility @Pyret & Snäckan, for a retailer specialising in baby products, this is extremely disappointing. These are not “nice-to-have” products - they are essential for new mothers. Yet Pyret & Snäckan shows no urgency or responsibility in resolving the issue. Truly disappointing.
