I was going to order condolence flowers for someone who lost their daughter and the staff shows zero consideration and nags about it being -10 degrees outside, the flowers dying, etc. Chooses to argue instead of coming up with ideas, like delivering them the day before/after. Nags about a phone number for the person who is going to get them and says - he might be able to answer a text message, when I say I'm unsure about how the delivery will be done so you don't disturb the ceremony. I must have misunderstood, you can't be that cold-hearted - the answer was - he might be able to answer a text message - have to make sure he's home - oh my God - the flowers will die otherwise. 🤷🏼♀️ I don't feel like shopping here.
